Very friendly and knowledgeable service. We went in having no idea what kind of bike we wanted and left with bikes we love to ride! Thanks to A&B, we have a new family activity and are confident we will enjoy our bikes for years to come.
My husband and I decided to try biking for a fun, healthy hobby and bought a couple of Trek mountain bikes from A&B - now we're hooked! The staff is always very friendly and helpful and their bikes are top of the line. We ride at Two Rivers often and recently in the Colorado Rockies and the bikes did great. When we're ready to upgrade we'll be buying from A&B.
I've bought 4 Trek bikes from A&B Cycle. ..nothing but great service...stopped in last Sunday afternoon while on my ride...I was having shifting problems with my new Domane. ..took them less than 5 minutes to take care of the adjustment (was actually a little disappointed because I wanted to do some browsing in the store)...but I was up and running with no more issues and finished the back half of my 70 mile ride...also..if you get a new bike...get fitted by Sheryl...she not only fits you to the bike...but she also shows you... read more
We had such an awesome experience at the shop! My husband went in regarding our son's bike, and was treated with the utmost care. It was just a busted tube, and they offered to fix it on the spot for us! 15 min later like new.... thank you! Your customer service was spectacular!
