RecommendedI just want to thank A&B Cycles for helping me pick out my new ebike. I know that there are shops out there that aren’t so nice to customers that don’t fit the right body type. Not one time while I was there did I ever feel like I was being disrespected for being older or overweight. I’ve been riding for a couple of weeks now and my stamina has gotten a lot better already! You guys are the best!

I'm a fat girl....on Jan27th I started my fitness journey...first step, eat better....the COVID happened, and shelter at home...which meant no activity. I bought a Walmart bike. I needed to start somewhere. The brakes were misaligned, and to be honest, I had no time, or desire to learn how to adjust them. I called 3 bike shops, A&B was the only one who would touch my bike. Yes, I do recommend them, but to take my bike in to get tuned up and make sure it was safe, and then my tire blows, I am not happy. I took it out on the sidewalk about a mile from my house and the tire blows. I was bleeding in horrible areas and I’m in Urgent Care now. I dropped it off and I said I was going to run a couple errands and I said I’d be back. They kindly said they’d text me when it was done. I show up an hour later and they didn’t even work on it. Best bike shop in Springfield!
Very poor service. Came by and tested 3 bicycles and left our info to get a price. No one made an attempt to call us with the price. We were trying to buy two bikes totaling over $5000. When we went back the next day to pick up the bike we left for service, we were told no one remembered us being there the day before.
Always a great experience at A&B. They know bikes and they know how to help folks get the most out of their biking experience. Love this place.
Bought our bikes from A&B about a year ago. Went in to by a tube and other odds an ends before a ride and ended up upgrading bikes and bike hauler. It was a nice an easy going experience. We have enjoyed the hell out of our new bikes! Just made the trip down on a Sunday, derailer was out of alinement. The service department fixed me up Johnny on the spot! Great customer service and huge stock of bikes and accessories, awesome service department!! Thanks guys!!!
