Doug, the inspector, walked off the inspection right when I pulled up to the house. He cited he couldn't get access to a portion of the house. While this was true, he had access to the complete inside of the house,back yard, and front yard. Only a portion of the exterior wall was inaccessible due to the neighbors backyard. When I pulled up and after a few minutes of conversation, he said, and I quote, "I'm going to pass." DO NOT use this man for a home inspection.
