The room was ready for us when we arrived, and it was comfortable to sleep in the bed. The smell of the cleaning agent was overpowering, and once it faded (after we opened the window for a while) it was very musty. The rest of our stay, each time we walked into the room there was a strong scent of must and mildew, which we noticed was coming from the bathroom. Rooms could have been more cleaner. They did not have any smell but there traces of mud in the carpet and hair on bed. Stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

We stayed at this motel during our trip to Niagara Falls. The location is excellent and the property is clean and organized. However, our experience was ruined by the extremely poor attitude of the front desk staff. I was traveling with my parents and wife. We brought food to heat up, but it came in aluminum trays. I politely asked the front desk for a microwave-safe plate or bowl, but the staff member offered only plastic plates, which weren't safe to use.
