This is decent hotel, the rooms are clean. The staff is helpful. It is very close to Niagara falls.
Need improve the rooms cleaning
Terrible experience — avoid this hotel! This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bedsheets and bedding looked like they hadn’t been changed or cleaned properly, possibly reused from previous guests. It was especially upsetting because we were traveling with our kids. We only warmed our baby’s food at the dining area and served at the room, yet they still charged us $72 extra for it! When I asked why, the owner’s husband (Kim’s husband) was extremely rude.
