Dr. Gross is the best dentist I have ever gone to, period. Never have I felt so comfortable and trusting of a dentist before in my life. Every visit I leave feeling like my oral hygiene is in good hands. I couldn't be happier to be a patient of Dr. Gross and would, and have, recommended him to people without hesitation.

The dental work provided by Dr. Hede was good but I am not satisfied with the services of the front desk. The young woman at the desk asked me to pay an amount including a co-pay which was inaccurate.When I questioned it she called the insurance company and was told that I do not have a copay and the amount she was asking for was too high. She said that the numbers for my coverage might be inaccurate and that she would write a note to the woman that takes care of entering the numbers. This has been resolved. Mr. Naden was contacted the following day with updated information. We conducted a thorough examination of his insurance policy and how services would be considered and paid. We were able to clear up the confusion. With the thousands of insurance plans that exist across the country, it is sometimes complicated to understand how a policy will be implemented, but we are happy to dive in and sort through the details until a matter is resolved.
