The visit was really excellent. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Gross and his skills as a dentist. I do wish he would avoid sexist language like "babe" when speaking to the female members of his staff.
Dr. Gross really took the time to explain to me what he was doing and to make sure my questions were answered. I felt very confident and appreciated the time he spent describing the procedure to me. I was very happy with the result.
