Very pleasant
My friend and I were talking the other day about how much we loved our respective dentists and (hygenist) and then we figured out we both go to Dr. Gross. This is a fantastic dentist's office.

I have always had a great experience at Doc Gross' office. His staff is great - very personable, friendly, helpful.
I had my two top wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Gross earlier this week. The extraction was quick and painless (thanks, Novocaine!). They gave very clear instructions to me as to how to take care of the "holes" afterward and provided me with a number to call if anything should happen or if I had questions. An overall great experience.
