A fabulously well-run, pleasant office. A highly competent hygienist, latest technology, and incredibly skilled dentist create near perfection. But, alas, the lack of a mask during procedures is a huge problem. It's hard to understand because everything else is to such high standards in this office.
Best dental experience ever!
Great atmosphere to enter into. Smiling faces ready to make your visit as pleasant as possible. professional touch in all aspects of work done. I highly recommend Dr. Gross and his great staff.
I don't believe I have ever had to wait more than 2-3 minutes before being called back to see the hygienist. I see Cami and she is absolutely wonderful!! She goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied, to fit me into her schedule, and to keep my mouth healthy! The atmosphere there is incredibly friendly and upbeat; one can tell that Dr. Gross takes care of his people!
I recently had an emergency when I broke a crown on a Sunday night and needed it repaired the next morning. They were very responsive, found a fellow patient who graciously moved his appt for me and Dr. Gross got me in right away. Not only did he replace the crown (on his own dime, might I add) but when it turned out I needed a root canal on the tooth, he did it right then too. Best experience in a Dentist's office ever! Dr. Gross and his staff made me feel at ease right from the start. I can't believe a root canal can be so easy! Thank you Dr. Gross and staff!!
I always have a good experience at Dr. Gross' office. His staff, as well as Dr Gross himself, are courteous, friendly and accommodating. I have recommended Dr. Gross many times.
As always it was a pleasure. Staff members are personable and very cheerful.
