I had my teeth cleaned. The entire procedure was very thorough. I was impressed with how attentive to detail this person was. Everyone is very pleasant & caring. Great experience!!

I don't understand why you have to charge upfront for dental devices. My dental insurance confirmed payment of a certain amount. Now I have to wait over a month to get reimbursed.

DR.GROSS,, IS AN EXCELLENT DENTIST ALONG WITH HIS CHAIR-SIDE MANNER WHICH HAS SPILLED OVER INTO HIS PRACTICE AND HOW IT COMPLIMENTS HIS STAFF. WHAT A TERRIFIC DENTISTRY.
Everyone was very helpful & friendly. In general I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I felt very comfortable. However it is strange that you rarely see the dentist who's name is on the practice, it would be helpful to have more explanation as to how many dentists there are and which one is yours.
