Always thorough and excellent service.
The cleaning was thorough as always. However, I would have preferred that Dr. Gross look at what he diagnosed as a cancker sore instead of having 2 Xrays. I've had way too many Xrays this year because of the dental implant, so I hope we can minimize them to only what is absolutely necessary.Thank you,Gloria

I had my first major dental experience with Dr. Gross last week. I thought for sure that I was going to lose the tooth. Dr. Gross was able to save it. He ended up doing a root canal and will eventually put a crown on the tooth. I felt nothing during the procedure. He and his assistant were able to numb the area so well that I didn't even feel the needle used for the novocaine. His level of expertise and capabilities exceeded my expections! I had a great first appointment. The staff was excellent. Very professional and accommodating. Cammy was a great hygienist. It was nice to meet Dr Gross as well.
Dr. Gross and his staff are very welcoming ,competent, and energetic. They make you feel like part of the family. They take the time to explain the procedures they are performing and answer all questions and concerns. They understand the busy lives their customers have and are very accommodating. My kids think he is just the greatest too! Very family oriented and that makes all the difference.
