The staff when I called for my appointment and when I checked in were all so very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time to NE Orthopedic and my first visit with Dr. Bott. He is very sincere and I walked away with confidence knowing I had gotten very good medical advise.
Been have shoulder pain and had a visit with Dr. Bott. After an X-ray, Dr. Bott explained that nothing is wrong with the surgery he performed. He explained everything I needed to do to have the pain go away.
Professional, fast, friendly for the entire staff. Great job to all. Thank you.
Thorough Knowledge Explains things clearly
Very informative. Explained problem so it was easy to understand.
I waited over 20 minutes before the Dr came in & it wasn't even Dr. Bott. Then I felt like I was taking up his time & being rushed through my appt. Very irritating when Dr Bott can't see his own patients & they make you feel like your a waste if their time!
Dr. BOTT discussed every thing that could happen in future, he explained well that I should continue therapy!!!!
