He never disclosed this to me. He never asked for my consent. He was working for both sides, but pretending to be on mine. This is not incompetence. This is a clear conflict of interest and a violation of attorney ethics. If you are considering hiring this lawyer, please be careful. He may take your money and then secretly work for the other side.
