Awesome company, very detailed inspections

Would definitely recommend Aardvark, Owner Dave did our inspection today and was very thorough with it. Commented on everything no matter how small to insure we understood what we were looking at. Took lots of pictures which were included in the report so that we could go back and look.

My inspector did a thorough review of the house, explaining any issue, no matter how small and also gave great recommendations on how to fix. Very detailed report with pictures. Inspector even showed up 10 minutes early!
I would recommend Aardvark Home Inspectors. They were thorough and found a number of things that were not obvious. Their process is well thought out and they give you a detailed report of what the issues they encountered. They do include some third party offers in their agreement and inspection reports, which seems a little unnecessary, but overall they provided exactly what they promised and were willing to spend the time to explain the issues.
Eric was amazing. He told me exactly what he was looking at and why. He was very thorough. I would definitely request him in the future.
