They were helpful and patient in explaining everything regarding the home. All the positive things and suggestions on areas that may need attention. Did not rush through things and answered the many questions that were asked.
They were amazing in the inspection of my house. I was not planning on having certain inspections but after their advice I am happy that I did. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They made the purchasing of my first house easy. I highly recommend anyone buying a house to use Aardvark.
