they were so thorough. they added pictures of thier findings so i had better understanding and even notes..like " it had been raining for days before the inspection", that let me know that the roof didnt leak and basement didnt leak. LOVE THEM!

As a first-time home buyer, I understandably had many questions, and Matt eagerly answered each one clearly as well as explained various parts of the house to me throughout the inspection.
