Aapex Property Management They had a property advertised that accepted a pet that I was interested in. Our home was in foreclosure but our credit was good otherwise. They charge $35. per person to apply so I asked them if they accepted people with foreclosure. They told me yes so I gave them $70. to run our credit. We had no collections and all our accounts were paid on time. After a few days I contacted them only to be told that because of our foreclosure we didn't qualify. Aapex Plays Fair and Square I just recently moved after renting a place with Aapex Property Management. The property was clean when I moved in, everything about it was up-dated and beautiful. I never had to make a maintenance request during the time I stayed there.
