Before the services, they made us pay them a 20% gratuity tip, which didn’t make sense since we hadn’t received their services yet to determine a tip. We didn’t have any problems until our bridal party left the church to go to the reception and the driver wouldn’t leave without us, in which we already had a separate ride there that had already left.
