These guys are exceptionally talented. I needed my dryer fixed and they were able to fix the issue in under an hour; no parts required. Though cost was a bit high but I rate them as good service.

I called them to receive a quote and I received the best customer service I've had in awhile. No robots or misleading statements but a real person with honest answers and a quick callback. They fixed cooling issue my refrigerator was facing really well.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have had to deal with this company on two separate occasions now because of the Samsung washer recall. Both times, I have spoken with someone extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. For your own good, choose a different company who actually wants your business and cares about you as a customer. There is plenty of competition out there!
