Very professional people!! They fixed our appliances related many issues - even some over the phone without paying a visit !! Highly recommended!
They were supposed to work on my washing machine as part of the Samsung Recall....blame me that its not done because I wont take time off work without pay to sit here and wait and see if they show up. Supposed to have been here 3 different times now. I didn't choose them - National Service Alliance did (they suck too). Oh, and to the girl who answers the phone....4 o'clock DOES come before 5....
Had Rob L. Come for new dishwasher problem. Very professional, prompt & resolved problem. This was second visit & we would request him again, if needed, for our Samsung appliances.
Very bad service, left a pool of water in house. Need to be technician yourself to understand them... If something goes wrong, that's where they stop helping you. Very bad office staff, condescending, sarcastic... Never engage them... Hate to say that about local business but that's the truth!
