The best service I ever had !!!
Just got off the phone with Dale. Has a terrible attitude and is extremely rude. Kept taking deep breaths, as if he was annoyed by my phone call and questions. I will call Samsung back and request a service call from a company that respects and value customers.
I purchased an extended warranty on my LG washer, this company is contracted with the warranty company for repairs. I told the rep what the issue was with the washer. A simple repair and even told them what the part was. Magnetic door plunger on a front loading washer. So I took the whole day off, only for the guy to show up with NO part. “We have to diagnose the problem” WELL I ALREADY DID THAT WHEN I SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. Just ordered the part for 23.00. Service was on time and tech was very knowledgeable.
Impossible to work with. Don’t return messages and if you CAN get them on the phone they are extremely rude. Absolutely would not recommend.
Very poor customer service. Terri who answers the phone for scheduling is rude. I returned a phone call from the company within the hour they called. They could not locate my information and accused me of lying about the phone call. When I asked for a supervisor I was conveniently "disconnected". On my second phone call back I had to tell her to look up my info with my phone number. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my 52 years of life! The customer service for AAA is beyond awful. The lady who took my call lied about leaving messages on my phone for a repair that they screwed up scheduling. People make mistakes. However, the way their mistake was handled was to blame the customer! I don’t know how this place is still in business. I hope no one ever has to deal with them! Go anyplace else trust me. This place doesn’t deserve one star�
The customer service is the worst I have ever seen and very rude girl out there.. this is the only service center available for haier washers. I called upon to fix the washer issue, I know what is the problem as I fixed the same issue earlier a year before and after calling them I have emailed the details and pictures about the issue and clearly said that there is no need of diagnosis but that girl sent the person for diagnosis and asking me to pay the amount. Unprofessional, rude, unwilling to fulfill promises. When I called and asked if they would talk out a concern I had, the person answering the phone said "well I can talk for now but if the phone rings I have to pick it up" 🤔
