1 star rating is for the girl answering the phone. She has zero customer service skills. Can't rate the actual repair service because I cancelled my appointment.

They came out the same day in response to my online request for cooking range repair. Efficient technician quickly discerned the problem, explained the rationale and showed me the problem with the part. My cooking range is now working perfectly. Excellent work.

I contacted them with a real trouble of a broken dryer and got an appointment for the same day. The approached my home at 3 pm. It took him just few minutes to find the problem and he was able to fix it within an hour. Very prompt and professional service. I would definitely use them again in the future.
