Had a leak over weekend of 2/28. Noticed it on 2/29 and called AAA. The next day there was the contractor assessing and drying out floor. Dryers taken out following Tuesday (3/7). Took them a little while to be sure lower wall was dry and didn't have to replace. Friday (3/10) AAA called and said Restore people were done and did I want them to lay the new flooring. I said no, I would have the original installers get wood and install (floors were approx. 6 months old). She said fine. they would send me a check. I called on 3/1... read more

Over the years, I have been very happy with AAA until renewing my membership recent. Also most a month after mail payment I was notified that they had no record of my payment. Of course, I decided not submit another payment. Three weeks following I received a confirmation of membership. After almost two months later I have not received my card nor my Daughter's card as agreed to in the offer that I accepted.
AAA in Tulsa is excellent. They helped me plan my trip to visit my great granddaughter in N.C. as well as granddaughters graduations in Ar. and Was. Saved so much time by using them. They are wonderful. Thank you AAA.
