Do NOT buy insurance thru this company (especially the office at 2121 E 15th St, Tulsa, OK! They just seriously ripped us off and we have been with them for years. Seriously look elsewhere, I know I am (for homeowners AND auto insurance)!

I would like to complimenT Ray from Tulsa Ok. I had a blowout on the turnpike at 10:00 am. I waited on a wrecker service (notAAA) until 1:30 and they were no shows. Ray saw me when he was going to Edmond and since I was still there at 1:30, he pulled over to check on me. He changed my tire and also had to jump my pickup so I could be on my way. I'm a 65 year old woman and I want to praise Ray for being so kind. He was the only person who stopped in 3-1/2 hours. Thanks again!

Car wouldn't start; called AAA for service. Advised 210 minute delay. Aaron arrived before time. After helpful battery diagnostic check, it was determined battery needed replacing. Aaron replaced battery, emailed results of test/receipt, and was on his way in courteous, timely manner. Thorough, yet kept things moving. Good job, Aaron, who enjoys his job.

I have been a memeber since 2015. On my roadside emergencies I have always had a great experience with AAA. The wrecker drivers are always on time and friendly. Im very happy with them. I woukd just like to remind everyone to keep in mind that its hard work what they do, please be nice to them and offer them something. Wether its a tip or simply a drink. I like to show them my appreciation for helping me out in my time of need. Thank you AAA Oklahoma!
