Had appt at 8am on 1/12/21 to have oil change and inspection done. It was 12:03 without complete inspection which I couldn't pay for at the time when all was completed. With appointment the time was really off. At 10:33 the car had not been stated with anything. on this appointed rating is low.
Had an appointment, was 10min late for my appointment for oil change and sat for two and a half hours before it was completed, then I was told because I was late I was put to last. I call that bad service.
