Poor customer service and the manager named Steve treated me racist
The worst customer service ever! The female agent made a major mistake with my paperwork which made me have to do double the paperwork and 3 trips to AAA. When I came back for the 3rd time the agent acted like I was the 1 who made the major mistake with her paperwork; not making eye contact with me and totally ignoring me after SHE told me to come back and ask for her. Kourtney was lovely! She helped me start the process of transferring my title to PA. I was incredibly anxious doing this because I've never done it before. She made it easy and smooth sailing. Her demeanor, cheerfulness and kindness radiates and all I could say is she is the best person for this job! One of a kind receptionist!
