Acceptance Insurance failed to notify the DMV of me being insured by them. DMV sent me a letter months after doing business here thinking i have no car insurance. But hell if i send them a letter back when they can't pick up a phone. Acceptance Insurance also has failed to notify me by EMAIL whwn my payments have failed. This has been one of the worst insurance providers i've been insured with. And i've been with many in the area over the years.
