Given a decent quote and told they would take pictures to submit the quotes the following week. After not hearing anything back I followed up only to be told Erie does not accept new home policies with roofs 10 years or older despite clearly stating my roof was 11 years old during the quote process. Ghosted by the agent Susan and do not recommend them as they offered coming out to take pictures after I called them out on it.
These people are evil. They dropped my mom's insurance out of the blue after she was Bill's loyal customer for many years. When she called to find out why the woman who took over the business after Bill retired was cold and nasty and said she didn't have to give my mom a reason. And they'll do it you too when you get older. Stay away.
