Irate Customer! Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! My mother had a reservation for boarding her puppy over this Thanksgiving Holiday and knew to have him there by 3pm At 2pm Courtney called leaving my mother a voice message saying they were leaving at 2pm. My mother arrived at the hospital at 215pm and it was closed. The sign with the hours had been crossed out for a 3pm closing time and 2pm had been handwritten instead. This incident was Extremely Irresponsible and Unprofessional. My mother will now spend Thanksgiving alone.

DONT GO HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, my poor puppy went through so much pain because of them. pain that could have been avoided if they did their job right. first off before this even happened, i took my puppy in about 3 times telling them something was wrong with her and they said no it was something else. the first time i took her was for the beginning signs of kennel cough and i told them im pretty sure shes getting kennel cough they said no its allergies..guess what 3 days later she had a terrible case of kennel coug... read more
If you love your pet don't go to AAA Animal Hospital!!! The worst experience ever. I took my 10 week old Saint Bernard there for a urinary tract infection. They changed her diet to prescribed canned dog food for a month and antibiotics for 14 days. They only gave me enough meds for 10 days instead of what was prescribed 14 days. By the time I noticed she had already been finished taking her meds for 3 days. Wonderful and very sympathetic I think they are great--dont understand the negatives about them. My 15yr old cat had a tumor removed by this hip and turned out to be cancerous. Couple days after he was not doing well and they put him in their hospital for 18 hours and did not charge me. Had the stiches removed 2 wks later and he was doing great. This Place is HORRABLE!!! They are a total rip off and I have reported them to the ASPCA and PETA for they way they treated my cat. I have been a customer of there since 1998, but since they opened the new building it seems as they are looking to cover the construction cost. I have a Persian cat that requires shaving every year. Since AAA has been in the new building the cost went from 45.00 to 60.00. The quality of service has gone down dramatically.

Very Thankful for Great Care We are sincerely thankful for the thoughtful card in sympathy after losing our kitty "Romeo". They may not see us for a while as Romeo was our last pet. We much appreciate the quality care and kindness attending to our many pets over the years. If and when we adopt in the future we will once again entrust veterinary care to your staff.
