The Best Vet Service I've Ever Received I was referred to AAA Animal Hospital by a good friend and a responsible pet owner, and I have been so pleased with them. I've been lucky enough to get to know all three doctors there, and they are incredibly considerate, educated and pet-loving people. No Compassion I have a decent experience going to AAA especially because of the prices. I talked my mom into going there because we have so many animals and I figured we could save a few bucks. Well I regret telling my mom to take our 8 yr old 4 pd chihuahua there. Peanut was sick so they took some labs and said she was having multi system failure. Way To Go Receptionist! I just called, 5 minutes ago, they changed the prices on me and the receptionist couldn't have been more rude. Thanks to that i'm off to another place. Way to go receptionist!
BAD! - Deceitful pricing and hidden costs!!!! We called around the area trying to find the best place to fix our pup, and this hospital quoted us $100 for the operation + $20 for the meds, no disclaimers about weight or all of a sudden more expensive meds... This Place is HORRABLE!!! They are a total rip off and I have reported them to the ASPCA and PETA for they way they treated my cat. I have been a customer of there since 1998, but since they opened the new building it seems as they are looking to cover the construction cost. I have a Persian cat that requires shaving every year. Since AAA has been in the new building the cost went from 45.00 to 60.00. The quality of service has gone down dramatically. Great Animal Hospital! I've taken both my dog and cat to AAA and they've always treated me beyond well. Their prices are what brought me in the first time, but the doctors there are excellent, especially Dr. Beshai. He seems to know his stuff and its nice because he gives me options as to what the best treatment is. The front staff is also great. I dont know why so many people are complaining. AAA ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS #1!! I love this vet!!! I recently brought my cat in with an abscess that needed to be repaired...it was much bigger than I thought but Dr. Robert Beshai and Dr. Samir Botros were extremely kind and caring throughout the entire situation. They let him stay at the hospital to ensure proper healing since the skin was being pulled so tightly. Wow, quite the disparity in reviews I took my lab here almost two years ago. The service, wait time, compassion, and of course prices, were all great. I unfortunately lost my lab about 10 months ago, but just got a 5 mo. old puppy that I am taking there tomorrow for a well check. I'll post again after that. Wonderful Staff & Doctors! At great prices! I just want to take a moment to thank Dr. Botros, Dr. Beshai, and their staff for saving the life of a loveable cat rescue named âSix Toesâ Charlie. If you see him now you would have no idea that he had scarcoptic mange that was so bad that his entire head and eyes were completely crusted. In addition, he was shot in the hip with a bebe gun.
