Within a couple hours of calling AA on a monday morning Andy C had quickly diagnosed the problem with our hot water tank heater pilot assembly ...and I had a firm quote within minutes. The special part needed was arranged to be delivered to my house the same day! And we were back up and running with hot water after Andy promptly returned to finish the job. Jim G. Did a fantstic job on my preventative maintenance visit! He cleaned and checked the entire system. He tried out a new way to clean the compressor that is more complete and follows the rules of our building. Everything was okay and I am set for the summer. He was prompt and followed instructions on parking for our builiding.
I've been using AA for many years and have always been pleased with their work. Most recently I had Scott S. out to check the a/c and he did a great job of keeping me informed as to what he was doing. Over the years I've had other techs out and they were fabulous too.
What a great job that AA does when they come out to my house. Jim G is the tech who takes care of my heating and ac. thank you Jim you do a great job. I had a new heater and ac installed yesterday Scott came out gave me a price .answered all my questions Thank you Scott. Frank and Eric did the install they where friendly and again answered all my questions. They where clean ,neat and when they finished you didn't even know there where at your home. Tim Bryant is an outstanding service person. He's knowledgeable and pleasant. I always wait for my service until he's available. He is the reason I use AA Service Co. for my HVAC NEEDS.
We've been satisfied AA Service customers for many years. JIm G performed our Summer service. He was able to isolate the cause of a problem I mentioned to him and to fix it Jim was friendly, courteous and efficient as well as clean and neat. It was a pleasure to have him in our home, and we would certainly request him for any future service needs.
Jim G. is the best! He's friendly, approachable and very helpful. He always asks before trimming the hedge around the A/C unit in the yard, and is very polite and respectful to the customer. He's what you really want in a service professional -- does his job efficiently, and has excellent advice and tips. He has a genuine and pleasant way about him, and I trust his expertise.
