Knowledgeable and polite - very through inspection and work. Cleaned up everything after working -- our area was cleaner when he was done than before.
Andy was early for our scheduled appt and still called to advise of a traffic problem that would slow him down. He found mouse droppings and insulation bits on the furnace. It could have caused a problem. Since I have regular Orkin Service, I asked Andy to explain the problem to them. They will be here in two days to recheck the attic.
I have worked with AA Service for over 20 years and have been very happy with them. Ted T has been my service rep for the past few calls and I want to make sure that he is always my guy. He is courteous and efficient and thorough. I would tell anyone to use AA Service and to request Ted

Joe C was very professional and thorough, he explained how to minimize our heating costs by using our humidifier correctly. He also had some helpful suggestions for our heating unit in the attic. As always, AA Service did a great job!
Installed a new furnace. Jason and other installer were knowledgable, friendly, and did a very professional job. Removed old unit and installed new one in about four hours. Explained the thermostat and heater operation. Cleaned up and left job spotless. Job well done.
Lance P came back for the fall cleaning, and as always he is polite, thorough, and adorable!!! After he explains everything he did, he explains why he needed to do them. He asks if I have any questions or concerns. He even puts the old filter in the recycle trash bin. I look forward to having him back next spring. It says a lot about the Company, AA Service that they keep their employees for a long time that the same person can come back as they are the most knowledgable about my unit!!!!
Jeremy H. and Jason B. installed a new furnace and air conditioner on Friday after removing the old units--excellent work in a tight space and on the roof, neat and tidy (even removed a mark on the floor that was there before they came!), easy to have around for a day. Happy to recommend these professionals.
