Had Patrick Z. out on January 14, 2014 to service 2 furnaces we have, He was very friendly, very neat with his work. Explained everything to us after his service call. Will have Wahl back in the spring to check our A/C units.
Chuck was very efficient and explained his recommendations to me. The girl in the office was very friendly and quite willing to give me an appointment that suited me. A good experience on every level.
Wahl heating installed our furnace and air conditioning 9 years ago. We have had them come out every year for maintenance and have been very pleased with the service. Chuck F. has been our service tech several times and he has always been pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Wahl Heating and Cooling to anyone needing a new furnace or air conditioner, or needing service on existing equipment.
Quick response. Got a return call at 7:40 AM Monday, after leaving message on Sunday to set up an appointment for a service call, and the tech was there before 9 AM. Tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand easily.
Wahl has been a very reliable company to work with. They installed our furnace a year and half ago and we are very pleased. We called for a problem with the water heater and were there within hours on the same day. They installed our water heater and made sure it was a good quality heater and was installed up to code.
1/11/14 The technician arrived within the specified time. He called about a half an hour before he arrived to confirm his arrival time. He began the furnace inspection immediately. He made three recommendations based on the age of the furnace and other conditions in the home. When the work was completed, he explained in detail what was done, including the electrical ratings and gas pressure. I also had an emergency service call this past Wednesday morning. We've been a customer's of Wahl along time and they always do a wonderful job. Great customer service and the service techs are friendly and knowledgable.
After multiple visits to my home over the years, this company still stands out as one of the best I've ever worked with. Erik, a new employee to their family was my technician yesterday. His service was outstanding, professional & polite....just as every employee with this company has been. I am happy to recommend them.
