Very unhappy with them. Seems they write their own reviews. Always trying to sell a service plan. Read it very carefully...not much they are responsible for. Very expensive and unprepared when they arrive.

Nicole S. & Jim B. I will say that Nicole S. and Jim B. did a very good customer rapport by me and I was well pleased. Jim B. and I have cross paths before on repair of my furnace. This time he repaired my AC problem. I believe Jim did a great job by listening to me before he started to check the problem. I believe that the AC was ok but others only want to sell me a new AC unit. This was done when I had purchase a capacitor and the compressor did work and I believe that all I needed was to charge the unit with more Freon. J... read more
