A1 installed our furnace, central air and ductwork in our house when it was built in 2011. We bought the house in 2012 from the original owners. Since 2016 we have had issues with our central air once or twice a season. It has a refrigerant leak somewhere, but none of the HVAC guys I've have had look at it can find it. I'm now looking at replacing the POS central air. On top of that, the unit is too small for our house. The install work was not so great and the ductwork was horrible.
