They could warranty the parts on the Carrier furnaces. They just put you off and tell you that nothing is wrong with your furnace until the part is out of warranty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A-1.

This is a company that treats you like a community. They will walk you through an issue, over the phone, to see if they can help you fix it for free. Before sending someone out to your home! If not, the person they send is always friendly, polite, and helpful. They too will do whatever they can to avoid you having to spend a ton of money on repairs if it's not needed to fix something. Matt Carter from A-1 Mechanical tackled an HVAC thermostat issue for me and most recently installed a 90 degree fitting on the back of my gas range so that it would be possible to push the range all the way back (flush with the wall) in accordance with the range’s installation instructions. Amiable and communicative, Matt is also timely and very efficient. A-1 has been very responsive to my needs so far - highly recommend.
