Yes. Had been without AC for several weeks. Another company gave me an estimate but could’ve deliver the unit due to a backlog. I called A-1 Mechanical and because they are an authorized dealer for “Carrier” products, was able to install my new AC unit within a week. They were professional and took care of us from the initial estimate to the installation. The gentleman (Andy) who completed the installation did an excellent job an represented his company with excellence.
Called A-1 Mechanical Monday and they came out on Tuesday around 6pm. The problem was detected and the part was replaced in less than a half hour. Easy fix for the tech and for us. He was very courteous and professional. A-1 Mechanical has serviced our home for years and have never had any issues.
Awesome job on getting us cool again as fast as they can in these difficult times! Thank you A1 bb
