I haven’t used this company yet but I wanted to complement their employee driving truck 24 this morning. Car stuck in the snow at the intersection of Airport and Stoll at a 4 way stop. Cars lined up waiting in both directions. Your employee was the only person to put on his hazards and get out in the mess and push the guys car out of the heavy snow to clear the intersection. His direction was not blocked so he easily could have just driven by. Class act. And thank you for your kindness shown to a stranger.
Daughter’s furnace went out during the recent vortex. I replaced thermostat and worked until 7pm when stopped cycling. A1 was only co out of 4 to return call. Kevin took time from his family to help me get the furnace back up n running on a very cold night. A1 will be my first choice for HVAC needs. Thanks for caring!
