We had our furnace tune up yesterday. Will was thorough, friendly, and made sure everything was in good working order.
I called after hours and spoke to a machine, but they called me back bright and early the next day to set up an appointment. The technician who came out to my home was friendly and worked quickly, and cautioned me about the need for more frequent servicing without giving me a “hard sell” or being pushy.
It’s obvious Service Tech Chris loves his job! Not only is he an excellent mechanic, he is also patient, respectful and took the time needed to make sure all of my furnace concerns were answered. I will be using A1 mechanical again and referring them to all of my friends! Thank you Chris for all of your help!
I’ve had multiple problems with my furnace being only 5 years old. Recently found out it was installed improperly. We have paid for service calls etc adding up to almost $500. My furnace still does not work because we have been waiting on a part for over 20 days. It shuts off about 4-5x daily. I’m beyond dissatisfied with how long and how much money I’ve spent when it’s all been the fault of the installer.
We had A-1 Mechanical out this morning to clean and check our furnace! The technician that was here, Jason B., was on time, very professional, yet friendly! He did a great job and we highly recommend A-1 Mechanical for your heating and air conditioner needs!
Kevin just came to do a standard maintenance on our gas fireplace. He did a great job. cleaning it and checking the various components. Done in one hour. Most pleased.
He accidently dented my stove when the closet door came off but he already let his boss know and they are going to take care of it Also It is a difficult job and he's updating some stuff because this furnace was put in in 1978 lol I was 10 years old...but some things weren't right with water heater shutoff valves etc... I'm very happy with them
