We had a problem with a mini-split. After a couple of confusing calls with service and sales, we finally figured out that we were part of the problem. One quick call to the owner (who replied the same day) and we were scheduled the next day. Shane came out and did a great job. They even gave us a discount for the confusion. No company fires 100% on all cylinders. Great companies refine and adapt their processes. Kudos for really listening and making the customer happy. We'll be back.
A-1 Mechanical is a great company! I recently had an AC checkup done and Liam was the technician who did the job. He was very courteous and when I asked questions, he helped me understand just what the whole process entailed. And I really appreciated knowing what he was doing. So I would definitely recommend A-1 Mechanical for all your furnace, AC and even fireplace needs. They are well worth your time and money!!!
The company sent an email with a photo and name of the estimator. The estimator had an assistant. They made sketches, discussed various placement possibilities, measured, climbed into the necessary crawl spaces, so there's no question that there will be no surprises with them.
