Had A1 come out to do a tune up and Jacob (AKA Red) did a great job explaining to me what he found during the inspection and my options to fix them. Replaced a few parts and the door barely makes any noise when opening or closing now. Would highly recommend A1, Jacob even did my appointment at 6PM and didn't get finished up until after 7PM which I'm sure made a long day for him, so appreciate that!

A1 garage door does awesome they have fixed my garage door a couple of times and I’ve always done a great job! We recently listed our house for sale on the garage door need to be repaired Brandon came out was fast and efficient and so friendly and courteous excellent service excellent repair work!!

A1 was having a sale for garage door lube and inspection. When I called to set an appointment, the gentleman helping me was so nice. I knew right away I would do business with this company and I was not disappointed. Rory arrived right on time and took care of the door. I told me things I could do but did not try for an up sell. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He even paired the garage door opener to my car which I had tried and was unable to do. I highly recommend A1!

Terrible. I had to wait over a week for someone to come to fix my garage door. Then the repair man said he didn't have the wire to replace the cable, but he could install a new door.There was never any intention to fix the door. They just want to push you in to buying a new door.

Great customer service. The tech, Tiger S***, was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He clearly explained all my options & answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I will ask for him specifically for any future repairs...

****** the tech was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very quickly rebuilt our garage door. I would recommend using A1 if you have any problems with your garage door. Outstanding service and quick response. 12 out of 10!
