Had my Garage Door Spring break last night which was a Friday. I called and they said they could be there the next day, Even though it was a Saturday at no extra cost. They showed up on time and Jeff the technician was GREAT. Jeff was very nice and knew what he was doing. Go the job done in no time. I would highly recommend both Armstrong and Jeff.

Bait, Switch, and try to hard-sell you. I used a valpak coupon to schedule a tune-up at a discounted rate. Was also charged a "trip charge" which is NOT mentioned on the valpak ad/coupon. Was encouraged to do the upgraded service to include replacement of the rollers, which I agreed to, but now realize I probably didn't even need that. After just about 15 minutes, the tech said everything was done. Then, he tried to scare me into thinking that I should replace the springs. 10/14/22 - Had my bottom rubber seal & rubber retainer & rollers replaced by Jeff, with Armstrong Garage Door, Inc., this morning. He arrived on time and did a great job. Additionally, when I called a competitor to do this work, they could not give me an estimate over the phone. Armstrong could. Good job all!!
