I requested a total cost estimate before agreeing to replace my garage door opener, The Service Tech gave me a price I believed was reasonable and authorized him to complete the service. On completing the opener replacement he then tells me that the door spring has to be replaced at a cost of approx. $800.00, plus additional costs for the rollers and weather stripping. Had work done yesterday and was amazed by something I haven't experienced in a long time customer **********************. ********************************* and trainee *************** were so great to work with.
