The crab legs were delicious, the service was on point and the beer was cold!
It was my husband and I first time eating there. The food was AWESOME, great atmosphere. The Oysters.. Oh my .. Was great! Definitely one of Norfolk's hidden treasures
We love it! My husband and I go every other week and we've always had good service. Luke is one of our favorite servers; he's spot on!~ They have the best macaroni and cheese and I Love the oyster shooters! They serve sizable portions; in fact I usually have to bring leftovers home. The prices are reasonable and they have a large selection of beers. It can get busy but we go early and always get a seat.
I love this place, I just wish they had Speedy's Hot Sauce!
So many people said that I would love eating at A.W Shucks. I was not pleased. First I'm a stickler for a clean bathroom & it had a mildew smell. Then our waitress wasn't attentive at all. Now we had a rather big party, I think 12 in total & we had to call the waitress over several times for service. Once I got my food the fries was cold, the shrimp was over cooked. This was my first & last time going to this restaurant.
