I ordered flowers for my aunt’s birthday via the store’s website on 5/21 for a 5/22 delivery. The flowers were never delivered. When I called on 5/23, I was told my order was canceled and I was refunded because I underpaid. I received no email or phone call to inform me my order was canceled. Also, not sure how I could underpay when I paid the price their website told me to pay but here we are. They asked if they could call me back and I still haven’t heard from anyone.
