I purchased a sewing machine here. They were very reasonable in price, service was excellent and I have brought it back for cleaning and he called me by first name when I stepped through the door. Just for the service that they give to the customers I definitely recommend A to Z!!! And I love my sewing machine!!!! I use it a ton!!!!!♥️♥️
I bought my Baby Lock sewing machine through Justin a few months ago. I live in Omaha. My husband works in Norfolk on occasion. Justin first allowed me to sew all day on different machines before I decided. He also told me if I'm in Norfolk and my husband's working feel free to come in and sew. I took him at his word and showed up to sew today. He was wonderfully accomodating. I love my machine and Justin's "service" heart. I overheard people all day coming and going and talking about why they come to Justin.
Justin was great and made purchasing my new sewing machine a pleasure. I was a bit reluctant to make such a big purchase in a small shop, but it took about 30 seconds to get over that. I look forward to going back.

We went in looking at vacuums and Justin suggested the Riccar brand. Between kids and dogs our carpet gets alot of use. Justin is by no means a pushy salesman. We saw what the Riccar could do in the salesroom and I was sold!! I cant believe the dog hair the new vacuum picks up!! Its amazing!! Thanks for your help Justin!!
LOVE, LOVE MY RICCAR!!!! I used to swear by my Kirby but not anymore ! I was impressed with this vacuum the first time Justin showed me The features of this machine and yesterday I fell in love with it! It picked up dust and dust my Kirby didn’t pick up.
