9:29 a.m on 07/20/2026 I'm so disappointed ! I called an a men answer the phone. I asked him if i can speak to someone else & he seem like he was lost & dint had no idea was the workers name. So he put me on hold for 8 minutes to look for someone & never came back to the phone. I'm trying to call them now and they just ignoring my calls not picking up now. How rude & unprofessional is the office staff specially the men that answer the phone this morning he needs more training.. THEY NEVER BY THE PHONE SO RUDE. AND DONT PICK ... read more

I have worked here and had the best time! The office is extremely kind and it is a great atmosphere to work in. Staff becomes a tight knit team and support is amazing. If you want your child to feel safe in therapy, experience real growth, and have an open line of communication with therapists, go with A-Z.
Customer service is excellent, therapist communicate before appointments to secure treatment is scheduled . Easy to connect and communicate with staff.
I'm updating my rating from a two star, to ONE because this place made me waste my time. I had to drop Kimberly, because of how she always managed to throw smart remarks at me multiple times, that we've had to end our sessions pretty early sometimes. Appointments were always changed 30 minutes before. And she was mostly never on time.
