I've been trying to call someone regarding the Birthday flowers that arrived late yesterday. I can't get through to anyone. Just the facts: 1. They were missing the main 6 roses in the bunch (the expensive part) 2. The flowers were different heights weren't arranged nicely. 3. The wrong mug was used, and it was cracked and dirty. 4. The helium foil balloon didn't have helium in it (did somebody blown it up themselves??? 🙁 eeewww 5.
