Rude receptionist was not at all help and hung up the phone right away.
These folks are seriously easy to work with. This is the second time I've rented one of their units. They'll meet you at the location, have you fill out a simple form and you're good to go. They seem extremely well priced compared to other locations I looks at. They were also extremely patient and willing to work with me when my first payment didn't go through. Their fenced in out of the way location with a code access gate inspires a lot of confidence in the security of your unit.
Affordable rate, timely communication and clean safe space!
Easy access with a code. Seems secure from those who don't rent space there.
