I have 2 Janome's one of which I purchased from Jay. He is always readily available to answer any questions or help me with parts. I also would like to add that he is very involved in the quilting community and ready to help out in any way he can or to vend at quilt shows. We appreciate you Jay. Jay, Josh & Shirley are the most gracious, helpful & caring people. I've never gone to a store that gives you service like they do. They always know who you are and most cases what machines you have. The classes that Jay offers are most helpful and he teaches hands on which is how I learn. Thank you, to each of you for making my sewing/embroidering experiences an event to remember.
