Awesome People, the service at this place is top of the line. They are always there to help in any way. Products are always top of the line and Jay does a marvelous job of getting classes and promotions in the store. Try one of the Anita Good Design classes or the events he puts on. I've gone to several classes now and they are so much fun. Jay I love your store! Not only is the service top notch but you always have what I need on hand. Your work shops and events are fun! Well worth the drive since I live an hour and half a way, and if I can't drive the shipping is great too!
A Stitch is Time is the BEST! Everytime I have been in the store to purchase a machine, Jay directs me to the one I end up buying. He is not pushy, does not talk me into the most expensive machine he can and he tells me about upcoming sales and close outs - He even told me about this give away! My hubby also loves it, as he claims he will never go wrong getting me a gift from there. Oh, and, the store also carries the belt I need for my vacuum cleaner and is very conveniently located. Thanks Jay - I love the new machine!

I purchased my sewing machine from A Stitch In Time a couple years ago. Have never regretted it. I've been in the store many times since and it's always an enjoyable time.
My 85 year old mother bought 2 machines from your store and I bought my Janome from here. We bring them in for cleaning and occasionally for repair. We love the service and friendly staff. I also like the trouble shooting advice over the phone which helps since we live 50 miles away and who can be without their machine for more than a couple of hours?
I don't even quilt but love to k look and read about what's going on. My sister in law quilts so past you face book page to her she's looking at it now
